The Sauna and the Hammam

The SAUNA is a 2000-year-old tradition that originated in the cold Scandinavian countries. People go to the sauna with family or friends to relax and recharge.
The sauna acts on the body and organism thanks to dry thermal heat. After a shower, dry yourself and enter this small wooden room where the temperature varies from 80°C to 90°C.
The diffuse heat comes from a stove on which volcanic stones are placed. You can sprinkle water on the stones using the ladle, being very careful not to splash. Feel free to fill the bucket with cold water in one of the showers as you exit to the left of the SAUNA.
By sweating in a heat of over 80°C, the skin is cleansed of all toxins through sweating.
The HAMMAM is a room heated to a temperature of around 42°C. The humidity of the air reaches 100%.
The steam, combined with eucalyptus essences whose properties are known to be soothing and decongestant, helps to clear the mind and let go.
The muscles relax and the pores of the skin dilate and release accumulated toxins.
The cool shower between two hammam sessions helps to tighten the pores of the skin, making it more beautiful and firmer.
