At La Truite Dorée, the recipes and know-how have been passed on from mother to daughter, from Jeanne Vayssières, Cécile Espéret, Marie Louise Rigal, to her niece Janine Carbonel and her husband André Marcenac.
Recipes that have been reinvented for 5 generations with always the same enthusiasm ... That of sharing, of giving pleasure and of enabling you enjoy the exceptional variety of our land.
