Discovering our beautiful region inevitably involves eating, especially when it is the fruit of a beautiful family tradition, of men and women passionate about cooking.
At La Truite Dorée, the recipes and know-how are passed down from mother to daughter, from Jeanne Vayssières, Cécile Espéret, Marie Louise Rigal, to her niece Janine Carbonel and her husband André Marcenac.
Recipes that have been reinvented for 5 generations with the same joy: that of sharing, of pleasing and of letting you enjoy the exceptional variety of our land.
